"Good hotel near student area . City centre and vitoshka boulevard about 10 to 15 min away in taxi . Some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Room was spacious with a balcony and big bathroom however the shower heads could do with a change . Bed was also comfortable and service on point . There is also a small swimming pool which is open till 9pm and a Greek restaurant next door ."

"The location is excellent, with three metro lines just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and very clean. The windows are highly soundproof, so outside noise is not an issue. The hotel also provides useful amenities, the lobby is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very good experience. The only downside was the housekeeping staff, who started talking loudly in the corridors early in the morning. Because the room doors are not well soundproofed, it sounded as though they were speaking right outside—or even inside—the room, which made it difficult to sleep. It would be much better if they communicated more quietly or found another way to coordinate instead of shouting in the hallways."

"The money I spent is definitely wasted, they gave me a hard time & they let me wait for more than 6 hours to be checked in, even though I already informed them that I’ll pay early check in. The facility got more than 600 rooms and themsnsher in the reception area, whose name is Kristiyana, lied on me! She said that there’s no room available to think that there were no more than 600 guests on the said date. She tripped on me same goes with her colleague! This is unacceptable, to think that I am a senior! They made my stay in Ramada Sofia Bulgaria central station branch so stressful. Justice should be served! I paid for my stay & it was not for free!!"
